So its out, the owner of "spike the vote" is selling his site quickly and getting out of Dodge. He was getting sued by Digg, his hosting company was being pressured into giving his site the boot and even his register was being pressured (so I heard). Was it moral what he was doing, of course not...Was it smart? The idea was good, sure but when you are going up against BIG money, whos going to win, uuhhhh not him. So check out his ebay listing but I wouldnt bid on something thats going to be or in the process of being sued unless you are into that kind of thing.
